Social Media Growth Tip for Agents: Bulk produce your monthly content!

 

As agents in this digital age, we are constantly looking for ways to grow our social media following. The best way to do this, as we have all heard, is posting high-quality content frequently and consistently. The trouble with this task, though, is that it can be incredibly time consuming. Posting on all of your social media platforms every day is a great goal, but without the right systems and strategies in place, it simply won't happen. When you're already busy managing listings, leads, closings, and contracts, the last thing on your mind is, "What TikTok dance am I going to do today?"

 

Alright, so TikTok dances may not be the most effective TikTok content strategy as an agent, but you get the point. Social media is extremely important, but unfortunately on our day-to-day to-do lists, it falls low on the priority list and can easily get overlooked. So what's the answer? The only way, in my opinion, to consistently create and post quality content as an agent, is to bulk produce your content. 

 

"Bulk producing" really is exactly what it sounds like: creating a lot of content at once. Set a day/time each month, week, etc... (whatever works best with your personal schedule and social media goals) to create your content ahead of time. Then, after editing the content, plug it all into a social media scheduler! This program will automatically post your content, saving you the time it takes to log in to all of your accounts and manually share content every day! 

 

As an agency, time is everything. Implementing systems like bulk content production will ensure your success not only by saving you time, but also by ensuring that your marketing strategy actually kicks into gear and doesn't sit permenantly on the to-do list!

 

Below are some ideas of some "staged" photos you (or a friend) can capture on one of your next bulk content production sessions!

-Opening the front door of a listing

-Holding a lockbox

-Pointing to your for sale sign in the front yard of your listing

-Sipping coffee at a local coffee shop

 

In addition, be sure to plan 6-8 short videos to shoot (for Reels and TikTok). Film all of these back to back in one session! If you want to switch things up so it doesn't look like these were all filmed in a day, pack one or two outfit changes.

 

Try out these tips and you will get a month of content produced and scheduled in just a couple afternoons. You will seriously be amazed at how much more time you have when creating and posting content is no longer a daily task and stressor.
