Real Estate Agent

We are looking to bring on 2 new real estate agents to grow their business, share in our team culture, and HAVE FUN all while helping customers start a new chapter in their lives!
Agent Responsibilites Include:
Nuturing and following up with team leads, and connecting with others for new business.
Host team open houses.
Conducting buyer and seller consultations.
Managing and participating in all facets of our customers' real estate transaction - showing properties, writing and negotiating offers, attending and negotiating inspections, scheduling repairs/work estimates, communicating effectively with the transaction coordinator to keep the file on track, and attending closings.
Positively participating in team events, and weekly coaching sessions.
Candidates must be coachable, professional, driven, a clear and concise communicator, a team player, and sensitive to customer needs. Candidates who have a PA real estate license are strongly preferred!
